The IS Consultancy Team is led by Jonathan Baxter who is a qualified Information Scientist and has a wide personal portfolio of IS clients including the Surrey police Force, Local Government Association, Bedfordshire Police and Bedfordshire Fire Service. He is also author of the book “The Internet for Local Authorities”.
Jonathans particular skill base is the review of information and library systems within public and voluntary sector organisations. This includes analysis of written material organisation, database and indexing construction and website interfaces.
