New Module: “Video Call Centre”
We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand new module that can be added to our Gadget Kiosks, the “Video Call Centre”. It converts the kiosks into a complete remote contact centre, providing your customers with a personal link to your help desks directly from your kiosks. The module includes:
- A VOIP phone connection that provides a secure connection to a preset telephone directory that can link to a series of landlines in your own and partner organisations
- The facility for your call centre to text support to the kiosk user, with records of all the support being recorded and optionally sent to both parties
- The option for your call centre to join the users browsing experience ad help direct them to precise parts of your website
- The service so that your users can video link directly to the call centre for complete personal contact, whilst using the VOIP phone to provide privacy
- The optional provisional of a secure USB port so that users can upload files and documents and email them to you
This module is a perfect solution for local authorities to provide personal access to your local call centres to provide help and advice to your customers.
Prices start from £900 per year with substantial discounts if applied to more than one kiosk on your network.
