Do you want to be a scream.co.uk reseller?
scream.co.uk ltd has developed a package of services and privileges for both its established and new resellers. Our intention is to provide a close working partnership with our resellers and assist them in every way to not only promote our products but to also ensure the return is very commercially viable.
Our Resellers Receive
- If a market sector or geographic area is agreed with the reseller than all sales enquiries made directly to scream.co.uk will be passed to the reseller
- Resellers will receive preferential pricing on all products and services
- We allow our resellers to sell the units at their own price and this would not be discussed with the end clients
- We can support your sold kiosks at the venues if required, or provide you with office hour telephone support
- Unlimited telephone and email technical support to the reseller in UK Office Hours for issues relating to the kiosk and its software
- We will provide an allocated Account Co-ordinator to keep open communications with you and ensure any feedback from yourselves is resolved or actioned
- We will provide advance notification of new products by scream.co.uk
- We will support you with marketing materials and documents as requested
- We will ensure that where feasible a representative from scream.co.uk will be available to assist the Reseller in sales and tender presentations
- We will agree to keep to agreed standards in service/product quality and customer care
- We will protect the interests and confidentiality of the reseller and not discuss any current projects or pricing with third parties
