Kiosk Support
The Kiosk Support Team is led by Rachel Garbet. We have the experience of managing large kiosk networks in the UK comprised of kiosks installed throughout the UK. Our range of services include:
- Monitoring kiosk uptime and useage
- Addressing kiosk problems as they happen and finding solutions to get them working again
- Managing connectivity issues
- Liaising with suppliers and information hosting solution providers
- Managing and maintaining contact with venues
- Providing reports and surveys on the use of the kiosk network including best/worst accessed pages and feedback about the use of the kiosks from the venues
