Sitekiosk Customisation

We have built a SiteKiosk Intelligence Package to assist our existing and prospective clients. This includes:

• SiteKiosk Configuration: We can work with you to define the perfect configuration to meet the requirements of your kiosk network
• Remote Monitoring: We can configure SiteRemote so that we can monitor your kiosk network for you on a daily basis. Where there is a problem we can call the venue to define any difficulties and then contact you with a full report on the situation.
• Remote Management: We will contact every venue regularly to check your kiosk is running correctly and check the venue is happy with its services. A full report will be be prepared on a monthly basis to keep you in touch.
• Telephone Support: You will receive office hour telephone support to help you to solve any problems with SiteKiosk
• Product Upgrades: We will keep you informed of any upgrades, patches or issues relating to SiteKiosk throughout the duration of the contract.

We charge £20.00 per month per kiosk for the telephone support, payable on a quarterly basis for a 12 month contract. This includes all licenses for SiteRemote and the kiosk management system.
