Kiosk Health Check & Service

Scream has launched a new service to provide an onsite health check and service for your kiosks to ensure they continue to work at their optimum level. The service includes:

• A visit onsite to your kiosk(s)
• A complete valet of the outside of the kiosk including the screen and keyboard
• A deep vacuum clean of the inside of the kiosk and the pc to remove dust build up on the cpu fan and prevent overheating
• A check of the wiring to identify and resolve any issues
• A recalibration of the touch screen to ensure it is still responsive
• A complete check of the pc including uploading the latest service patches to the software
• An upgrade to the latest version of Sitekiosk (providing the software is already at version 6)
• Checking the Sitekiosk configuration meets with your requirements and changing it to a new config if required
• We can also supply refurbished screens, pcs and keyboards which can be fitted at a discount price (with your approval) if the kiosk is out of warranty and is damaged (this may be limited by kiosk model).
• A written survey of the venue on the use of the kiosk and any areas they wish to bring to your attention
• Providing a full report on the kiosk which would include the tasks completed, the overall state of the kiosk, hardware and livery and a report on the survey for the venue
