We have built a SiteKiosk Intelligence Package to assist our existing and prospective clients. This includes:
- SiteKiosk Configuration: We can work with you to define the perfect configuration to meet the requirements of your kiosk network
- Remote Monitoring: We can configure SiteRemote so that we can monitor your kiosk network for you on a daily basis. Where there is a problem we can call the venue to define any difficulties and then contact you with a full report on the situation.
- Remote Management: We will contact every venue regularly to check your kiosk is running correctly and check the venue is happy with its services. A full report will be be prepared on a monthly basis to keep you in touch.
- Network Reporting: Using SiteRemote and our own reporting services we will provide monthly reports on the use of your network with statistics and analysis of any network faults.
- Network Documentation: Every aspect of the network will be documented online with our “Kiosk Management Software” for your reference including details for each kiosk and information about all of our calls to yourself and your venues.
- Telephone Support: You will receive office hour telephone support to help you to solve any problems with SiteKiosk
- Product Upgrades: We will keep you informed of any upgrades, patches or issues relating to SiteKiosk throughout the duration of the contract.
We charge £20.00 per month per kiosk for the telephone support, payable on a quarterly basis for a 12 month contract. This includes all licenses for SiteRemote and the kiosk management system
