Q'Buster

We have developed our touch range to include an interactive queue buster which allows your visitors to fill in a short survey at a touch screen kiosk and be told if there are any documents that need to be readied before the interview, they are then be given a queue number. The system then uses the survey to allocate the visitor to the most appropriate queue, and can alert your staff that a person has been added to their queue. The system also allows the member of staff to view the survey information before calling the visitor by changing the queue call number.

The kiosk manages the process and can be used to provide additional information such as floor or site plans and latest news. We can also attach a secondary screen to the kiosk that can be used for advertising or provide information about the opening hours. We can install the entire network, hardware and software to meet with your requirements.
