• It can be fully integrated into a flash based environment for a fully interactive and multimedia experience
• An Intelliscape supported website can be modified via any web connected pc allowing the user to easily add new files, images and edit text
• New pages and content can be easily added to the site and does not require any knowledge of html or coding
• Summaries of the new pages or news added to the site can be automatically published to the front page of the website so that your users are aware of updates and changes
• All content can be both published and removed on a certain date allowing you to plan your website even years in advance
• All content has a dedicated author so that errors or queries can be easily tracked back to the author of the file
• There is also a Meta tags facility so that you can quickly change and update your entries on search engines such as Google and Altavista.
• The site is fully searchable by keyword and we can even add additional hidden keywords per page to allow the creation of a thesaurus for your site
• The software also includes a statistics module so that you can track the use of the site and generate graphical reports showing pages accessed, amount of users and most popular dates and times of use
• The solution also includes the facility for secure areas, mailing lists, separate databases and discussion forums
• The software is stored on a Microsoft access database which is always available to you for both security and ease of updating
